Jet Kote® HVOF Systems
Thermal spray coatings are used to enhance, salvage and improve component life, competing with surface treatments such as chrome plating or heat-treating. The HVOF thermal spray process produces extremely high quality coatings. Introduced over 15 years ago, Jet Kote remains the leader in system and coating technology. It provides well-bonded, high-density coatings with high hardness, delivering outstanding performance in aggressive wear and corrosive environments.

Jet Kote® II Nova A:
This Jet Kote® system was designed with operator convenience and efficiency in mind. It combines the high quality coatings capabilities of Jet Kote® torches with improved control console features for consistent, repeatable performance. The system is compact, and can be used for fixed shop installations or be portable for field applications. It features analog display of manifold and torch pressures as well as gas flow rates using critical orifice flow meters for all gases.

Jet Kote® II Nova D:
This thermal spray system consists of the same features as the Nova A system with the addition of digital display of manifold and torch pressures as well as gas flow rates using differential pressure mass flow meters for all gases.

Jet Kote® III:
The Jet Kote III is the next generation of our Jet Kote Series of HVOF systems, incorporating all the elements of the previous systems but intended for use in aerospace and other applications requiring a turnkey, highly repeatable coating process. Designed and built in accordance with CE standards, it incorporates many features, including the latest closed loop mass flow control technology for process gases, multiple gas fuel types, safety alarms and a remote operating pendant.

In addition, there is online storage of up to 100 spray programs, advanced monitoring of all process parameters with settable minimum/maximum values and easy integration with data acquisition systems, robots and turnkey systems.
